Martina Wolf was born in Wurzen (Saxony).
From 1997 until 2002 she studied at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts.
In 2002 she was awarded her degree in Lutz Dammbeck’s New Media class,
before completing her studies as a master pupil there in 2005.
She lives and works primarily in Frankfurt am Main.
